Menu Planning Week #3

So last weeks Menu Plan went okay; again some things were switched around and made for dinner on different night, but I never expected that I would adhere strictly to the plan. Many days are just so full of other items to accomplish, that you just want to say "Let's have sandwiches and soup!" instead of the gourmet lasagna you wanted to make when you made your list on Sunday! Know what I mean?

Above is this week's Menu Plan, and this time, I'm linking you to some of the great recipes I use, via Pinterest. (Yes, I am now one of those people!)

Fettuccine Alfredo (I've shared this recipe before on my blog, so here's the link to that post)
Mexican Casserole from simplyrecipes.com
Salisbury Steak from bettycrocker.com
All in One Pork Chop Bake from kraftcanada.com

I actually have no meals planned for Saturday or Sunday; these may just end up being take-out nights. Currently we're in the midst of Potter Party Planning 101 and that is taking up most of my time right now.

What's Potter Party Planning? Logan's 5th birthday of course. Come back Wednesday, and I'll give you a sneak-peak at what I've been up to!
