By now everyone has probably seen The Hunger Games movie and fallen in love with it just as much as I have! I loved the book, and couldn't wait to see it on the big screen when I heard they were making it into a movie. One of the things I love most about books being adapted into screenplays is seeing if the movie's final result is truthful to the original story and I have to say that this one they got right!
It's always interesting to see the awesome, and sometimes weird, merchandise and ideas that are inspired a movie with this much popularity. Today I'm going to showcase some of the *different* ways that can help you show off how much you love The Hunger Games!
This is the Spring 2012 Capital Colours Collection inspired by the movie by China Glaze. My favorite colors? It's a toss-up between Agro, a sparkling green and Hook and Line, a smooth pewter color.
Can you believe the artistry in these cookies? I've also seen some fantastic cupcakes out there too; great for a Hunger Games viewing party when the DVD is released!
Oh, yes! A Hunger Games-themed wedding! I think the ideas here inspired by the movie and books could be great in any outdoor wedding! And what an amazing job on that cake!
This is one of my personal favorites! My friend @LoveAlisa created these necklaces for all of the girls in our book club. I love the subtlety of these and they are so gorgeous in person! You can get one of your very own too from her Etsy shop!
If you're not feeling well, how about curling up with your Hunger Games books on the couch in this!
